INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES

By joining, you become part of a professional community specialized in assessments and testing, helping you overcome key challenges in the training field—such as local and international certification, access to qualified trainers, and locating authorized testing centers within your region.
The National Education Network system is designed to bridge all gaps in the world of training and international testing, ensuring quality, streamlining the training process, and granting accredited centers a wide range of exclusive benefits.
Ability to issue original attendance certificates from the National Education Network (NEN), with international recognition and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ability to issue global attendance certificates directly from the parent companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, etc., provided that requirements are met.
Ability to issue certificates from the Arab Union, stamped and attested by the Council of Arab Economic Unity – League of Arab States, and recognized in 22 countries.
Ability to attest certificates through the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA – Government of Dubai), valid across all GCC countries.
Ability to issue experience certificates attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in case of training on professional diplomas.
Ability to conduct international exams at the training center, as we are the only entity that owns a mobile international testing center outside the UK and USA.
Qualification of the center to be accredited as an international testing center (ICDL, PROMETRIC, VUE, ETS, GES, etc.), provided requirements are met.
Access to original learning materials and licensed software from NEN’s global partners.
Free subscription to the e-library and free educational toolkits.
Opportunity to participate in e-Training initiatives, Teach Me program, and develop customized electronic learning packages for the center.
Eligibility for up to 90% funding for training programs through the Industrial Training Council.

Submit your application to join as an accredited training center.
Fill in the required details and provide your training center information (at least the first page must be completed).
You will receive an email containing your application code and password.
You will be contacted within 5 working days to confirm your information and complete the registration process.
Prepare your center for an unannounced visit as part of the accreditation procedure.

Yes, certificates can be issued from all NEN partners, provided that the specific terms and conditions of each educational partner are applied.
All NEN certificates are legally accredited, hold international recognition, and can be attested by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in addition to partner institutions whose certificates are globally recognized.
Every accredited center can request legal licenses for programs, applications, and copyright protection. These are provided with up to 50% discounts, and completely free for official agents.
Yes, international exams can be conducted on-site at your training center. NEN is the only entity that owns a mobile international testing center outside the UK and the USA.
The training center can purchase exam vouchers in advance at discounted rates through its account on the system, and will be responsible for delivering the prepaid vouchers to students.
Being an accredited center with NEN does not automatically grant exclusive rights to participate in all NEN projects or public tenders. Each project has its own independent nature, contracts, and conditions. However, the center may exclusively manage its own training project or program under its administration with the support of NEN, within the approved fields and geographic areas.
