INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES
The International English Speakers License program is exclusively implemented by IESL and is designed to enhance students’ proficiency in English through a globally accredited curriculum from Michigan Academy. After the success of the first and second phases, the third phase was launched with the goal of training 10,000 participants across different cities and governorates. Each training center accommodates a maximum of 100 trainees to ensure fair distribution and wide geographical coverage. The scholarship consists of two main tracks. The first track is the International Exam Program, which prepares students to pass the international exam through 24 hours of specialized training. Admission to this track requires completing a placement test that evaluates the student’s current abilities and determines eligibility. The second track is the Local Exam Program, which provides 48 hours of training. Entry to this program is based on admission tests carried out by the training centers. IESL commits to offering the final exam free of charge for all participants who achieve at least 80% attendance of the training hours. All examinations are conducted through the Global Exams System (GES), a dedicated electronic platform designed to improve the efficiency of evaluation and monitoring processes for universities and specialized education institutions.
