Yes. International exams can be hosted at your center. NEN is the only organization that provides a mobile international test center outside the United Kingdom and the United States.
The test center is fully responsible for collecting exam fees from candidates, issuing electronic receipts in their names, verifying candidate identities, and ensuring all required documents and signatures are collected.
Yes. NEN reserves the right to terminate the contract with any test center in cases of inefficiency, failure to meet safety and security requirements, or confirmed attempts of cheating.
All booking and withdrawal requests must be submitted exclusively through the online system (not by phone). Bank transfers for exam credits must be completed at least one week before the purchase date.
Certificates and ID cards are delivered directly via express courier after being requested through the online system. Candidates can choose home delivery (with shipping fees) or pick-up from the test center.
Centers can purchase prepaid exam vouchers at a discounted rate through their system account, which are then distributed to students.
Local Proctor: Must pass the local safety and security procedures exam (USD 20 fee). Authorized to monitor exams only within the center.
