Log into your personal account as a member of the "National Education Network" to pay the upgrade fee to “Certified Trainer” in addition to the one-time administrative fee (lifetime payment).
Congratulations Your registration is complete. You will receive an email containing the full benefits of the Certified Trainer Program guidance on issuing certificates, receiving discounts joining the training centers search engines and more.
We understand that joining the National Education Network (NEN) as a certified trainer may raise several questions regarding membership, certification, fees, and other procedures. To support you, we have compiled a list of the most common questions and clear answers to help you better understand the process and make the most of your membership.
Members pay a one-time administrative fee of $100 USD, which is charged through their e-wallet balance when upgrading their membership to Certified Trainer.
Trainers also pay an annual subscription fee of $50 USD to maintain their certified trainer status.
Note: Trainers are exempt from the annual subscription fee if they train at least 10 students per year through the NEN system.
Every certified trainer has a dedicated dashboard on the NEN system, where they can request certificates after registering their students and paying the required issuance fees. Certificates are then automatically generated and shipped directly to the trainer’s location or the trainees’ address via express courier services.
Yes. All NEN certificates are internationally accredited and officially authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as by NEN’s global educational partners whose certificates are internationally recognized.
Each student is responsible for booking and selecting the venue of their international exam. Trainers, however, receive discount codes that students can apply during their exam registration.
No. NEN allows trainers and training centers to connect through its digital platform and search engines completely free of charge, as part of its mission to drive development and progress. Please note that NEN is not a third party in any contractual agreements between certified trainers and accredited training centers.
Members can recharge their accounts directly through their e-wallet on the NEN system.
Trainers can purchase discounted exams in advance through their personal NEN account and are responsible for providing prepaid vouchers to their students.
