NEN is a strategic initiative aimed at developing Egyptian human resources for employment opportunities. It ensures quality training across materials, trainers, practical exposure, and learning environments, with official accreditation from IATA.

Attend a personal interview after submitting your application
Receive an official confirmation via email or phone call informing you of the result (accepted or not accepted)
If accepted, you will proceed to enroll in the course and begin your training journey
Minimum age: 18 years
Educational qualification: High School certificate or equivalent (minimum)
Height: minimum 157 cm for females and 167 cm for males, with proportional weight
Intermediate level of English or higher
Passing the admission test, which includes general knowledge (geography), English, and personal skills
Successful completion of the personal interview
NEN reserves the right to take all necessary measures to ensure training quality, including inspections, surveys, and recording of training sessions. Full cooperation from trainees is required
Trainees must arrive at least 30 minutes before the admission test for registration procedures
Attendance below 80% of training hours will result in completion of training without eligibility for the IATA international exam
Direct access to the IATA exam is not allowed without completing the training program
Certificates and IDs are delivered via courier only after confirmation of address and acceptance of delivery fees
Failure to attend the scheduled IATA exam (September or December session) results in loss of eligibility and non-refund of fees
Students must pass all sections of the placement test (general knowledge, English, and personal skills)
IATA international exams are held every three months in Cairo
One free re-exam attempt is allowed for the international exam
