The IPSD provides a comprehensive training journey across four study fields with a total of 120 training hours. Each participant undergoes an evaluation through the Global Exams System (GES), covering English, Soft Skills, IQ, and IT. NEN ensures both initial and final assessments are available in each governorate, with at least one certified testing center. Trainees are required to complete 80% of the training hours to qualify for final certification.

The ICPU – Internet and Computer Professional User is an international program designed to certify essential computer and internet skills for end-users. Yes, each trainee will study all the training courses listed in the promotional materials, except for the IT section. In IT, the trainee must choose one of two tracks based on their needs:

The number of certificates and benefits each trainee receives will vary depending on the chosen IT track.

Yes. Each part of the program includes international exams, conducted through the Global Exams System (GES)—a specially customized electronic system that enhances the evaluation and monitoring process for universities and specialized training providers.
All exam costs are fully covered within the program fees, and trainees do not pay extra charges.

Special Case: If a trainee chooses the ICDL program, the IPSD covers only the Skills Card cost. The trainee must pay for the seven international ICDL exams separately.

Yes. Each program track offers international exams delivered through the Global Exams System (GES), an advanced electronic platform that ensures transparency and efficiency. Exam fees are included in the program cost. Students opting for ICDL will have their Skills Card covered, while they must pay for the seven international ICDL exams separately.

 Yes. Students must pay for a re-sit of the exam. The re-exam fee is 100 EGP per attempt, payable directly at the test center.

Yes. The final certificate can be officially attested after paying a documentation fee , which is submitted to the concerned authority.

Business Skills Certificate

The Business Skills program is designed to enhance the core competencies required for the labor market, following an accredited curriculum under the supervision of the National E-Learning Network. It is tailored for final-year university students preparing to enter the workforce, fresh graduates seeking competitive opportunities, and ambitious employees looking to develop their professional capabilities. The program includes an international exam through the GES testing system. Upon completion, participants receive a certified attendance certificate for the training program, as well as an international certificate from B.Skill, accredited by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO). The IAO is a globally recognized body for quality assurance, ensuring that the training meets international standards and is acknowledged worldwide, providing participants with a competitive edge both locally and internationally. The curriculum covers eight essential modules aimed at building practical workplace skills. These include communication skills for effective interaction and presentations, call handling skills for professional telephone etiquette, and corporate culture to understand organizational behavior and leadership values. It also introduces customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service to strengthen client relations, along with selling skills to enhance sales techniques and consumer behavior analysis. In addition, participants develop strong time management strategies to improve productivity and work-life balance, and learn stress management techniques to maintain resilience and achieve personal and professional growth. By the end of the program, learners gain a solid foundation in essential business practices, making them better prepared to adapt to workplace demands, deliver customer-focused services, and excel in their professional journeys.

The Integrated Program for Skill Development (IPSD) is a comprehensive training program that provides high-level education across IT, English, and Soft Skills through 100+ accredited training centers.

 

The program is open to university students, fresh graduates, and professionals seeking to enhance their career skills.

Yes. IPSD uses the GTS (training system) and GES (examination system) for full electronic supervision, ensuring quality in training content, trainers, practical learning, and training environment.

Once enrolled, trainees receive an NEN membership card, granting access to exclusive services, employment programs, and discounts.

Yes. The final IPSD certificate is internationally recognized and can be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for use abroad.

The total training duration is 120 hours. Each trainee takes a placement test through the Global Exams System (GES) covering English, Soft Skills, IQ, and IT.
NEN ensures both initial and final tests are available in every governorate, with at least one testing center per governorate. To qualify for the final exam, trainees must attend a minimum of 80% of training hours

Yes, each trainee will study all the training courses listed in the promotional materials, except for the IT section. In IT, the trainee must choose one of two tracks based on their needs:

ICDL (International Computer Driving License)

ICPU (International Computer Productivity User)


The number of certificates and benefits each trainee receives will vary depending on the chosen IT track.

Yes. Each part of the program includes international exams, conducted through the Global Exams System (GES)—a specially customized electronic system that enhances the evaluation and monitoring process for universities and specialized training providers.
All exam costs are fully covered within the program fees, and trainees do not pay extra charges.

Special Case: If a trainee chooses the ICDL program, the IPSD covers only the Skills Card cost. The trainee must pay for the seven international ICDL exams separately.

Yes. Each program track offers international exams delivered through the Global Exams System (GES), an advanced electronic platform that ensures transparency and efficiency. Exam fees are included in the program cost. Students opting for ICDL will have their Skills Card covered, while they must pay for the seven international ICDL exams separately.

 Yes. Students must pay for a re-sit of the exam. The re-exam fee is 100 EGP per attempt, payable directly at the test center.

Yes. The final certificate can be officially attested after paying a documentation fee , which is submitted to the concerned authority.

The National Education Network (NEN) is the official authorized agent of the educational partners for managing and conducting international assessments through the electronic testing system (G.E.S), owned by NEN Information Technology & Communications Company.

All intellectual property rights related to question banks, exam models, assessment standards, and competency evaluation criteria belong exclusively to the educational partner.

The educational partner bears full responsibility for the accuracy of certificates, academic materials, training programs, and all related licensing.

NEN reserves the right to take all necessary measures to ensure training quality and integrity, including unannounced inspections, surveys, and recording or documenting training sessions. Trainees are required to fully cooperate.

There is no passing score for the placement test; its purpose is to ensure proper placement of students into appropriate training levels.

If more than 60 days pass after program completion without taking the final exam, the student loses the right to claim the certificate. To retake the exam, a penalty fee applies.

A student may be prohibited from sitting the final exam and lose all rights to benefits or payments in the following cases:
